Solange, musician and visual artist, will be bringing her new performance piece to the Getty. Titled “Bridge-s,” the new work is directed and composed by Solange in collaboration with choreographers and modernist dance duo Gerard & Kelly. The piece is her latest in her performance arts series, which sees her create pieces in response to famous museums’ architectures.
The performances will be held over the course of this weekend, from November 16 to 17, from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Exploring themes of transitions through time, Bridge-s is a series of performances, films, and artist talks programmed and curated by GRAMMY-Award winning musician and visual artist Solange Knowles. Bridge-s features a new performance by Gerard & Kelly based on their Modern Living series—with a special musical score by Solange featuring Cooper-Moore, brought to life by a group of dancers and musicians across Getty's iconic architecture.
The performance piece will take place over the course of the weekend from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. across the Getty Center site.
